Project Controls Lead – Multi-Prime Infrastructure & Site Integration

Position Summary The Project Controls Lead – Multi-Prime Infrastructure & Site Integration plays a critical role in supporting integrated project controls execution across large-scale capital projects and mega-project programs with complex multi-prime contractor environments. This role is responsible for coordinating project controls activities related to infrastructure, site development, utilities, logistics, schedule integration, cost tracking, forecasting, and contractor performance management across concurrent workstreams. Working closely with project leadership, contractors, schedulers, cost teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this position supports the consolidation and validation of project controls data across multiple contractors and delivery teams to ensure consistency in reporting, forecasting, schedule alignment, and performance measurement. The role is heavily focused on interface management, schedule coordination, progress tracking, and integration of disparate project controls systems and reporting structures. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, or EPC mega-project environments, with expertise in project controls, contractor coordination, schedule integration, forecasting, and multi-prime project delivery.
