Job Summary The Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for change management, contract administration, forecasting support, project audits, and closeout activities. This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects. Essential Job Responsibilities Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista. Maintain contract values and revenue tracking. Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis. Assist with project audits and compliance reviews. Help identify risk through the projects Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation. Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes. Assist the Area and Project Managers Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience. Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities. Understanding of construction financial controls and change management. Preferred Vista ERP preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish
