Edgecumbe High School by fostering a positive residential environment, coordinating culturally grounded community programs, and promoting healthy lifestyles. The incumbent mentors students, supports residential life activities, facilitates culturally relevant programs that strengthen connections to heritage and traditions, encourages healthy lifestyle practices, and maintains accurate records and program documentation. Through these efforts, the position enhances student well-being, leadership development, cultural engagement, and overall residential life at MEHS. **Mission and Values/Culture:** Mt Edgecumbe High School is an Advanced accredited public boarding school with 430 students from over 100 communities throughout Alaska. Most come from communities with schools enrolling fewer than 50 students: approximately 80% are Alaska Native.
