AnaVation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support located at Fort Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and special events. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a commitment to supporting the mission. Responsibilities include: Track, route, and monitor taskers; ensure deadlines are met; maintain accurate documentation and status updates. Plan, schedule, and support meetings, ceremonies, briefings, and special events; manage logistics, materials, and on-site execution. Coordinate and support engagements involving international partners; assist with scheduling, protocol considerations, documentation, and logistics for multinational meetings, visits, and collaborative events. Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including monitoring deadlines, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks Monitor and refine work products, processes, and workflows as necessary. Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional assessments. Research information and prepare reports and/or briefs. Provide customer service tasks for senior leadership.
