Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members Ensure high-quality care and program operations Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed Encourage independence and help individuals participate in community activities Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license (held for at least 1 year) Access to a registered, insured vehicle Strong communication and organizational skills A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example Why Join Sevita?
