This position includes competitive pay and top-shelf **benefits package** - Medical and dental insurance - Paid vacation: - Two weeks during year 1 - Three Weeks during years 1 through 5 - Four weeks during years 5 through 9.99 - Five weeks after year 10 - Company paid short term disability - Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401K: Amentum matches a percentage of compensation up to 6% of your pay that you contribute - 8 Paid Fixed Holidays and 2 Flexible Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Parental Leave - Other voluntary benefits offered: Supplemental Health Insurance, Identity Protection, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Commuter Benefits, Student Loan Program, Employee Purchase Program, Employee Discount Program, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Stock Purchase Plan Typical work schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30p.m. As a Project Supervisor, you will be r**esponsible for** daily support activities, including: Manage and support ongoing renovations of the existing facility which continue to drive more project and operations / maintenance work requiring management level attention - Identify work requiring engineering and design and review with proper entities. - Develops full scope and extent of work required, including cost and time required, to conduct the relevant repair, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities of facilities projects. - Coordinate resources, service providers, and vendors. - Plan and manage small projects. - Improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination (scheduling) of subcontractor labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation, and equipment access. - Manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define crafts and skills, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective, and efficient work control plan. - Coordination of work efforts between Pfizer, Amentum, and the Science Line - Maintaining consistent communication with management and client on key issues, potential client issues, approach to resolutions, and quickly addressing any issues with an action plan. - Supporting and/or conducting formal presentations to clients and management. - Identifying potential project problems or opportunities, analyzing the issues using all appropriate resources, developing alternatives, and arriving at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities. - Providing support to building operations and maintenance teams through developing strategies that help create processes and programs able to sustain low operating costs. - Performing evaluations and training teams to identify and eliminate waste, reduce operating/ maintenance costs, and reduce system failures. - Supporting the Facility Program Manager and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related client sites. - Supporting maintenance of operations for critical building mechanical support systems. - Managing consistent daily communication with customer and contract Program Manager, with an action plan on resolutions. - Projecting continuous improvement in support of budgetary initiatives. - Providing safety leadership in support of an accident-free workplace through planning tools…
