**Program / Project Manager (Federal IT)** **Location:** **Washington, DC (On-site at FMCS Headquarters) Work Authorization: US Citizen** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Program/Project Manager** to lead a Federal Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) program. The successful candidate will oversee application development, modernization, cloud migration, operations & maintenance, Agile project delivery, and contract performance while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders. **Responsibilities** - Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance. - Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables. - Coordinate Agile software development teams. - Oversee application modernization, cloud migration, and system integration. - Prepare status reports, executive briefings, risk registers, and project documentation. - Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. - 10+ years managing Federal IT programs or application development projects. - 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, or enterprise applications. - Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, SDLC, and cloud modernization. - Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, and Section 508. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - PMP certification preferred.
