Job ID# 1756 StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a **Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman** in Patuxent River, MD to support a NAVAIR PMA on our recently awarded, Prime contract. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to effectively evaluate and support program requirements, status tracking, budgeting, and scheduling. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements. **Essential Job Duties:** - Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the program and can perform all functional duties independently or as part of a team. - Support T&E operations. - Provide material purchase support, working with government supply system (NAVSUP, DLA, etc.). - Manage and track material from order placement through delivery - Interface with supply base. - Support development of procurement package to include (SOW, J&A, etc.). - Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. - Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. - Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. - Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. - Tracks program/project status and schedules. - Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Travel Requirements:** - ​TBD **Experience Requirements:** - A minimum of 3-10 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description. - Experience with AMS tools. (CDRL, PMT, CSPT). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work PowerPoint, Outlook): specifically PowerPoint and Excel to be able to assist with Briefs, reports, and financial data. - Experience with Teams, SharePoint. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment. **Education Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree. **Allowable substitutions include:​** - Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. - Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. **Security Requirements:** - U.S. Citizenship required. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. **About StraCon:** StraCon is dedicated to supporting our government clients and warfighters by “Enhancing their Operational Capability”. The estimated base salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $112,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
