About the Role Restaurant365 is looking for a Director, People Business Partnership to shape and lead how our People team partners with the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thinks strategically, operates with urgency, and knows how to build a PBP function that scales. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, lead and develop a team of People Business Partners, and drive the processes, playbooks, and operating model that make great partnership possible. Equally important — you'll champion the way AI and modern tools are changing what great HR looks like, modeling and embedding AI-forward ways of working across the team.
