About The Role: This role focuses on the day-to-day execution and performance optimization across marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok, Macy’s, Walmart, Shop App, and more). You will serve as a liaison with our agency as well as the retailers and our internal teams. You will relentlessly monitor key performance metrics such as shop health, product inventory/availability, customer service, and pricing. You will also dig into GMV and ROI for existing business and evaluate & test new opportunities on each platform. Your goal is to deliver sharp analysis and actionable insights to ensure brand consistency, customer satisfaction, and accelerate sales growth on each channel.
