Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. As Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring timely access to care while creating an environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work. This role combines clinical leadership, operational excellence, and people development. Success is measured not only by program performance and client outcomes, but also by your ability to build trust, develop staff, strengthen teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. **What Success Looks Like** - Build a highly engaged, well-supported, and accountable Care Navigation team. - Foster a culture where employees feel valued, developed, and connected to the agency's mission. - Ensure individuals seeking services receive timely, effective access to care. - Consistently meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and clinical outcome goals. - Improve documentation quality through coaching, mentoring, and supportive oversight. - Strengthen staff performance through regular supervision, development, and recognition. - Effectively manage departmental resources and operate within budget expectations. - Build strong partnerships across programs and departments. - Ensure services are delivered in accordance with regulatory, contractual, ethical, and agency standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Team Leadership & Staff Development** - Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to the Care Navigation team. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on support, accountability, and professional growth. - Be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and remove barriers to success. - Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing employees. - Lead team meetings that promote communication, collaboration, and engagement. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and mutual respect. **Clinical Oversight & Quality Management** - Provide clinical supervision and consultation to assigned staff. - Ensure services are delivered…
