Program Manager, Employment Services The Arc of San Diego | Full-Time | Exempt The Arc of San Diego is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead Employment Services programs that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence. Location: 3030 Market St. San Diego CA 92102 Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-4:30p Pay: The pay for this position is $72,803 to $72,803. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned employment programs. Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers and Job Coaches. Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance. Oversee client case management, support plans, documentation, and program outcomes. Build partnerships with families, employers, funding agencies, and community stakeholders. Manage staffing, reporting, budgets, and service delivery performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, or related field. 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience.
