We’re looking for a Program Manager to turn strategy into execution, leading the programs that drive outcomes across our products, solutions, and client initiatives. You’ll build the structure and rhythm behind our most important work, ensuring programs are delivered on time, aligned to client expectations, and supporting Coates’ commercial goals. Working closely with product, technology, delivery, and commercial teams, you’ll bring clarity to complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned. Along the way, you’ll use data, insights, and smart processes to improve how we operate, driving efficiency, visibility, and better outcomes for our teams, partners, and clients.
