SUMMARY The Program Supervisor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (“BCBA”) is responsible for supervising the services delivered in a specialty behavior program or behavior support services, including site operations, case management, implementation of service plans, and staff supervision. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Provides case management reviews and case supervision to individuals with special behavioral needs. Participates in the review and matching of the individuals receiving services, including initial and on-going assessments. Reviews placement disruptions, and internal movement of individuals. Develops and ensures implementation of individual behavior support program plans. Monitors adherence to treatment plans. Regularly reviews the individual’s records. Monitors all contractual, local and corporate mandates. Provides leadership including direct supervision of staff Observation of behavior support plan implementation, feedback to staff on plan, review of staff documentation, and analysis of the information. Supervision of staff members obtaining their BCBA Implements Network employee practices; Ensures safety and workers’ compensation initiatives are followed; Ensures employees receive appropriate orientation and training. Oversees clinical and crisis management and investigates internal incidents as required. Facilitates communication with family members, case managers, state agencies and state/corporate offices to ensure the confidentiality of consumer and personnel related information. Coordinates and participates in ID Team Meetings – Report writing and data assessment Coordinates daily operations of work sites to ensure consumer safety and programming needs are met. Establishes on-call duties and supervises on-call staff. Promotes and markets programs to funding sources, community agencies, families, and related groups. Maintains and ensures that all documentation and records are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with legal and corporate requirements. Completes purchasing of program supplies and submits billing compliance documentation. Performs other related duties and activities as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directs and supervises assigned staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes recommendation for decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities. Minimum Knowledge and Skills required by the Job The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job: Education and Experience: Master’s degree and BCBA is required. One to two years of related experience, with an emphasis on working with IDD population Other education and experience as required by applicable regulations. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: BCBA Certification Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services. Current CPR/First Aid Certification, as required by state. Licensure and other requirements as required by state. Other Requirements: Travel as needed Other Skills and Abilities: N/A Physical Requirements: Medium Work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
