About the Role As a Program Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Valid Connecticut Driver’s License Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed. Pay $19.28 per hour Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified Shift Details: West Haven/New Haven: M-F 7a-3p (40 FT) West Haven M-F 9:00a-3:30p (32.5 FT)
