If you want a job where your daily effort visibly improves lives, this is one of the best places to do it. ## What you'll do: Lead operations at the Market - Own day-to-day operations at Hunts Point Terminal Market, keeping logistics efficient, food handling high-quality, and service reliable. - Manage scheduling, workflow, food quality control, and inventory. - Keep the program compliant with food safety and operational standards. - Jump into hands-on work when needed: sorting, loading, coordinating logistics, and operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Grow the program - Develop and execute plans to strengthen and expand the Bronx program. - Track goals, spot operational gaps, and put fixes in place. - Help shape and scale new initiatives that expand our reach.
