Youth and Family Intensive Services serve children, adolescents, and families to experience complex mental health, substance use, behavioral, and family system concerns, including suicidal ideation, self-harm, family conflict, aggression, and involvement with child welfare of juvenile justice systems. Grounded in the belief that healing and growth occur through strong family partnerships and evidence-based intervention, the program is dedicated to promoting safety, stability, resilience, and long-term success for youth and their families. In this leadership role, the Program Director oversees all aspects of program administration, including strategic planning, program development, staffing, clinical operations, fiscal management, and quality improvement initiatives. The Program Director provides leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams delivering services across multiple teams including the 180° Youth Intensive Outpatient Program, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), and the Day Reporting Center (DRC) and Ascent (First Episode Psychosis). Through collaboration with families, schools, community agencies, and system partners, the Program Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that reduce the need for hospitalization, out-of-home placement, and incarceration. The Program Director fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning by providing clinical and administrative supervision, supporting professional development, and implementing strategic initiatives that respond to evolving community needs and the behavioral health landscape. This position is responsible for ensuring program sustainability through effective budget oversight, grant management, service utilization monitoring, and achievement of organizational goals related to service scope, quality, and outcomes. As needed, the Program Director may also provide direct clinical services and case management support to individuals with mild to severe mental health and substance use disorders.
