PLIA has a team of dedicated professionals committed to open collaboration, innovative thinking, and delivering high-quality service, to ensure success in meeting our mission. **About this Opportunity:** The **Program Coordinator** supports the agency mission by providing coordination and consultation for the agency’s customer-facing programs, including the technical assistance program (TAP), the financial assurance program (FA), and the underground storage tank (UST) and heating oil loan and grant programs. This position reports to the Project Planning & Programs Supervisor. The role will serve as the staff lead for the administration of the agency’s state environmental protection agency (SEPA) related actions. This position is responsible for coordinating with the public participants of the programs, and contracted professionals who provide services under the agency’s financial assurance, and loan and grant programs. The duties associated with this role include coordinating program implementation with senior staff and providing specialized consultation to members of the public, scheduling program activities, maintaining program technical assistance for participants, and reviewing their eligibility for the Technical Assistance Program. The incumbent is responsible for providing support with program coordination for each of the following agency’s programs: the Financial Assurance Program, the UST Loan and Grant Programs, and the HO Loan & Grant Program. Other duties include maintaining administrative assistance for participants of the Heating Oil Insurance Program (HOIP).
