Program Coordinator - Mental Health

**JOB SUMMARY:** We are currently seeking a master’s level professional in behavioral health who will provide clinical oversight and leadership in crisis assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, staff training, program development, and refinement, productivity, and compliance management. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Oversee intake and admission process and program census management - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers. - Acts on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. - Maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. - Performs other duties from time to time, as deemed appropriate by the supervisor. - Takes the lead in developing a program or set of activities designed to monitor, evaluate and improve care - Services provided to enhance the health of clients and the effective use of resources **EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY:** - Master’s Degree in the human service/behavioral health field plus five years of clinical and related work experience, a minimum of which two years is supervisory. **SALARY:** - $66,181.71 per year. #INDPR1 **EEO STATEMENT:** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
