This position supports the development of youth through structured activities, relationship building, and engaging program experiences that align with Boys & Girls Club priority outcomes. Working closely with leadership, staff, youth, families, and community partners, the Program Coordinator helps ensure programming is organized, developmentally appropriate, safe, and responsive to the needs of participants. This role may also support grant-funded initiatives, community-based programming, and special projects that contribute to the overall mission and growth of the organization. This position is designed to support direct youth engagement, program quality, and operational consistency and may evolve in scope as organizational priorities and funding opportunities expand. **Essential Functions** **1.** **Program Planning & Implementation** a. Plan, coordinate, and deliver a broad range of youth programming within designated Club areas, including but not limited to education, social-emotional wellness, character and leadership development, health, recreation, and life skills. b. Develop and maintain weekly or monthly program plans and activity schedules that are clearly communicated to staff, youth, and families. c. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support positive youth development and align with organizational goals and priority outcomes d. Assist in establishing program objectives and ensuring activities are consistent with the mission of the Boys & Girls Club e. Continuously evaluate and adjust programming to respond to member interests, participation, and developmental needs **2.** **Grant Programming & Administrative Support** a. Coordinate assigned grant-funded programming, including recruitment, outreach, implementation, documentation, and reporting b. Support required administrative duties tied to grant or program funding, including record keeping, data collection, attendance tracking, and outcome reporting c. Maintain accurate and timely data entry in designated systems (e.g., membership tracking, attendance, and program outcomes) to support reporting, grant compliance, and organizational decision-making. d. Attend required trainings, meetings, and professional development opportunities related to assigned programs or funding requirements e. Ensure program activities and documentation are completed in alignment with organizational, grant, and compliance expectations **** **3.** **Youth Engagement & Development** a.
