Program Coordinator (6839)

Schedule/Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 Pm (40 hours per week) **This position is responsible for:** Plans, directs, and supervises the day-to-day duties of assigned staff; trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures; provides input to performance evaluations and the interview process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervisory Responsibilities: (10%) - Social Service Responsibilities: (40%) - Administrative Responsibilities (30%) - Liaison Responsibilities (20%) **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions;** - Duties are usually performed seated.
