As a Program Analyst 2 with the Office of Unemployment Compensation Tax Services (OUCTS), you will help strengthen a system that serves workers across Pennsylvania. As a Program Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties: - **System Analysis:** Review UCMS functions to determine accuracy, reliability, and compliance - **Issue Resolution:** Investigate problems, research solutions, and document fixes or updates - **Testing Support:** Evaluate system changes to confirm that new features and bug fixes work as intended - **Document Updates:** Create and revise task documents, correspondence specifications, and process guides - **User Collaboration:** Shadow staff to identify training needs and opportunities for system improvements - **Data Review:** Assess business rules, reports, and account activities to support program decisions Interested in learning more? Schedule may vary based on operational needs. - **Telework:** You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
