Our transparent culture values every voice, fostering long-lasting careers where employees thrive and rise to leadership roles. **Job Summary:** CPSFL is seeking a full time **Program Administrator.** This role would provide executive, administrative, operational, and project coordination support primarily to the **Chief Program Officer (CPO)** and, as needed, to the **Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO)**. Serving as a key partner to the **CPO**, this position coordinates day-to-day administrative functions, executive communications, meetings, projects, reports, presentations, and strategic initiatives while facilitating collaboration across departments and ensuring timely follow-up on organizational priorities.
