Professional Athletics Mentor

We're seeking an experienced professional athletics mentor to work with athletes training for and competing at the professional level. This role includes guiding athletes through athletic training, sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and nutrition and diet, as well as building performance coaching and mental toughness ahead of tryout preparation. Mentors also support the business side of an athletic career, including personal branding, media training, endorsement and sponsorship strategy, contract negotiation, and networking strategy, along with guidance on career transition and freelancing for athletes planning beyond competition. Ideal candidates have professional or elite athletic experience, prior mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping athletes build both their physical performance and career skill building. Mentors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every athlete.
