Production Worker

Parallel Employment is seeking motivated Production worker to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Production worker, you will be responsible for unpackaging disk, palletizing and ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position involves working closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 1st Shift starting at $16-$17hr. 6:30am-3:30pm. ### Responsibilities - Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications - Unpackage disks from boxes and set up to be completed for next process - Palletizing - Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met - Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed - Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment - Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus - **Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods** - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude https://hrcenter.ontempworks.com/en/ParallelEmploymentIndustrial Call us for more information 716-277-0599 Equal Opportunity Employer #ind456
