Production Worker Full Time 2026-07

We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team, Monday - Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM. **$22.58 per hour** **Functions and Responsibilities:** - Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently. - You will be using various power hand tools and equipment (orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, etc.) while making and assembling our high-quality doors. - Be reliable and able to work overtime hours as needed. - Must follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members. **Qualifications** - Enjoy working as a team as well as independently. - Be reliable and able to work overtime hours as needed. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 1bs. - Be detail-oriented and produce quality work. - **MUST be able to read a tape measure** and have good basic math skills. - Be familiar with hand and power wood working tools. - High School Diploma or GED. - Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience. - Solid work history with good references. - **Be able to pass a drug screen that includes testing for THC.** Monday - Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM Simpson employees enjoy an excellent benefit package that includes: - 100% company paid Health, Dental, and Vision for you AND your eligible dependents. - 401(k) with 4% Company Match (CORE), and an additional 100% match up to the first 4% of an employee’s own 401(k) contributions. - 9 Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation based on hours worked - Paid Time Off - Paid Bereavement Leave - Paid Jury Duty Leave - Employee Assistance Program - Wellness Reimbursement Program - Safety Equipment Reimbursement - Short term disability Must be able to pass a background check. **This job has safety sensitive job duties so a negative drug screen that includes THC is required.** Simpson Door is an equal opportunity employer who does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
