HRS-FRM-0002 Revision 1 AGRI-INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY Machine Operator Department: Production Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports To: Shift Supervisor Overtime Required POSITION SUMMARY The Machine Operator’s primary responsibility is to produce high quality blow molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications, in a safe and efficient manner. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Produce and assemble high quality blow molded parts in a safe and efficient manner. • Competently adhere to part specific work instructions, standard work and non-standard work. • Monitor and maintain work cell and machinery to ensure proper function and notify Supervision of deviations when necessary. • Effectively communicate production status to counterparts as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fluent in English in this position so as to be able to read policy, and procedure and communicate as needed.
