This role involves environmental compliance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining plant safety. The position requires 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will rotate from days to nights every 8 weeks. Our plant is located in the Blair bio-refinery campus. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Safety Leadership** : Ensure plant safety, identify unsafe conditions, and follow EH&S policies. - **Operations :** Operate equipment, monitor plant systems, troubleshoot, and adjust processes as needed. - **Collaboration :** Communicate with supervisors about quality and cost control improvements. - **Housekeeping :** Maintain plant cleanliness and support overall plant upkeep. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Manufacturing experience desired. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Pay starts at $27.50 per hour. - Benefits begin on day 1. - 3 weeks of vacation, 6 family/sick days. - 8.5% company 401k contribution.
