Under close supervision, this role performs standardized assembly, fabrication, inspection, and material handling tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities** - Perform basic thermocouple manufacturing operations following established work instructions. - Assemble, strip, plug, wash, weld, cut, or prepare components as assigned. - Learn proper use of manufacturing equipment and hand tools. - Read and follow work orders, travelers, drawings, and production documentation. - Perform visual inspections to identify obvious quality issues. - Maintain organized and clean workstations using 5S principles. - Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervision. - Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures. - Meet production expectations while maintaining workmanship standards. - Cross-train in multiple entry-level production processes. **Who We Are Looking For** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. - Ability to read basic work instructions. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds. - Willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes. **What We Offer** - Medical, Dental and Vision Health Insurance - Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - Paid Parental Leave - 401k with a 4% Employer Match - Paid Time Off - 8 Paid Holidays - 1 Floating Holiday - Birthday – Paid Day Off - 5 Paid Sick Days **Equal Opportunity Employer** Cleveland Electric Laboratories (CEL) is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace.
