This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle, including raw material preparation, precision assembly, and high-quality shipping. Candidates must be comfortable with the following physical and environmental requirements: - **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended shifts and perform repetitive tasks with precision. - **Environmental Adaptability:** Willingness to work in a warehouse setting, including areas with elevated temperatures. - **Schedule Flexibility:** Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as production needs require. - **Autonomy:** Ability to perform duties effectively with minimal supervision. **Core Responsibilities** - **Material Handling:** Receive, move, store, and route raw materials to assembly areas, ensuring optimal organization to minimize waste. - **Production Operations:** Safely feed raw materials into machinery and collaborate with team members to assemble goods accurately on the production line. - **Process Optimization:** Monitor production equipment and processes, adjusting as necessary to correct errors or defects. - **Quality Assurance:** Execute routine testing and quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company standards. - **Product Finishing:** Prepare finished goods for secondary processing, such as painting, packaging, or shipping. - **Maintenance & Safety:** Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and perform routine equipment cleaning to ensure maximum operational efficiency **** **** **SAFETY & COMPLIANCE** At Steves & Sons Inc safety is our top priority.
