Production Support

Pay starting at $22.19+ DOE **Job Summary** General labor in the plant working in various areas. Setup, operate and use the following tools: deburr grinders, impact gun, overhead crane and forklift. Also, use of black oxide and acid solution to preserve parts. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Plans work from shop orders for a variety of production runs on designated types of the less complex parts for Tulsa products. Follows specific instructions and detailed blueprints. - Inspects parts for conformity to specifications, uses precision measuring equipment, and records readings on OIR (Operator Inspection Record) - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time - Performs minor maintenance and servicing of tools such as the daily cleaning and oiling of equipment. - Furnishes own hand tools and precision measuring instruments that are necessary to perform assigned duties. - May provide assistance to other employees as needed. - Performs other work as assigned. - Maintains work area in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. - Knowledge of applicable Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) - For protection of self and others, performs all work in accordance with established safety practices and facility safety rules - Produces quality, on time parts and complies with ISO 9000 requirements. **Qualifications and Skills** Completion of High School or equivalent, requiring the use of basic shop math and the posting, preparation, interpretation, use and checking of reports and recorded data. Basic blueprint reading. Experience: **1 year manufacturing experience strongly preferred.** Physical requirements: Bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting (50lbs), standing and walking. **Must be authorized to work in the USA** VEVRAA/Federal Contactor/EEO/AAP
