Casper's is searching for a Weekend Overnight Shift Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. This role oversees daily production operations, ensures food safety compliance, and fosters a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **What Sets Us Apart** • **4 days off every week** — that's 16+ days off per month, every month • A legacy brand that's still growing, with real opportunities to grow with us • Benefits that start Day 1, with no waiting periods • Real work-life balance with a comprehensive time-away package • Small-town culture backed by resources focused on growth **Compensation & Schedule** • **Starting pay: $24.50/hr + $3/hr weekend-overnight differential = $27.50/hr to start** • Opportunities to increase pay with experience and performance • Steady schedule: every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM - no rotating shifts • You work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) but get paid for 40 — that's 4 hours of built-in bonus pay every week, on top of the weekend differential **Benefits** • Insurance benefits start Day 1 • Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Days • 9 Paid Holidays: full pay for holidays on scheduled workdays • 401(k) with 6% company match **What You'll Do** • Oversee production line employees during the assigned shift, including staffing, training, scheduling, department cleanliness, and recordkeeping • Manage Line Leads during shift to maintain a safe and productive work environment • Understand, train, and ensure all Production HACCP, SSOP, and cGMP records are kept current and up to date at all times • Oversee team member training, including regular training meetings with leads and teams; verify onboarding, first-week site and safety, quarterly, and annual trainings are completed and documented • Hold the team accountable to Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards across all shift activities • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the Process Room at all times, ensuring the area is neat, clean, and orderly • Apply knowledge of LEAN principles, specifically 5S, to improve quality and efficiency • Administer performance evaluations for line workers and…
