What You’ll Do The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Superintendent and will oversee a team of hourly personnel. This position ensures that all furnaces, production, and shipping functions meet all established goals and production standards. Daily, this person directs changes to production flow and may alter shift priorities based on current situations. This roles requires schedule flexibility, will rotations between 1st and 2nd shift operations.
