Production Supervisor

**Lead a Team That Keeps the Legal Process Moving!** U.S. Legal Support is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and performance for our internal and offshore production teams. In this role, you’ll manage workflows, ensure service levels are met, and coach team members for success. 📍 **Location:** Chicago, Illinois 🕒 **Schedule:** Monday - Friday; standard business hours ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Assign and distribute daily work to team members based on production needs and priorities. - Assist with onboarding and training of new employees, as well as upskilling current team members. - Collaborate with our offshore Etech partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Manage and maintain office and production inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available. - Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and meet targets. - Troubleshoot complex jobs for a solution and escalate to management as needed. ### **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of relevant experience - Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills **Perks & Benefits:** At U.S. Legal Support, we believe in taking care of our team.
