Join our team and help us make “A Better Pop, for a Better World!” **Job Summary** As a Production Supervisor (Night Shift) your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing of food products at our production facility. You will closely monitor daily production output to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong collaboration with a diverse production team working across various shifts. You will set goals, provide motivation, and assist employees in efficiently completing their tasks. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Provide leadership and direction to the production team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. - Coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. - Monitor production output and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and efficiency. - Foster a positive work environment by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing team members' contributions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to address production-related issues and drive continuous improvement. - Train and develop production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. **Physical Demands and Work Environment** Physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
