In this critical role, you will work within our facility's production operations, ensuring that we meet our goals for quality, efficiency, and productivity. You will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating with various teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. If you have a passion for leadership/mentorship and a proven track record in manufacturing production management, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of Torus. ### Responsibilities - Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality, production and safety standards on the production floor - Additionally it is the Supervisor’s responsibility to ensure production lines are running efficiently to achieve the established productivity standards - Must be capable of leading, training, and working alongside production workers - Apply principles of operational excellence coupled with the mission, vision and values of Torus.
