Put us to the T.E.S.T.** **Production Supervisor** **SUMMARY :** Supervises and coordinates the activities of production cells while ensuring a safe work environment that produces quality products to the customer on time. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Include the following. These duties are not inclusive, and additional duties may be assigned to the employee at any time. - Trains employees in the operation of machines and processes in the department - Interprets specifications and job orders to work crew; assigns duties - Establishes and adjusts work procedures to efficiently meet production schedules and processes - Inspects product to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards - Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations - Promotes good employee relations, motivates employees, addresses and resolves grievances **QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
