The Production Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the production line by managing resources, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - At the direction of the Production Manager, ensure 2^nd^ shift resources are allocated effectively. - Supervise daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality control standards, safety standards, and minimizing defect rates. - Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring all workstations are properly staffed, and production schedules are met. - Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. - Ensure that all assembly processes follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and quality standards. - Collaborate with the staffing agency to communicate performance feedback and concerns while maintaining proper co-employment boundaries.
