Position Summary The Production Operator is a position within the production plant. Primary responsibility is to maintain feed flow through plant. Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct sieve testing and sampling - Operate clay shed safely and efficiently - Operate wheel loader - Fill out shift reports - Maintain preset production goals - Troubleshoot processing equipment - Safely operate conveyors, elevators, screens and grinders - Ability to climb ladders 20ft. plus in height - Perform general housekeeping duties - Perform additional duties as required Job Requirements Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent - Previous manufacturing experience preferred Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
