The Schedule for the **Production Operator** is Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm. **Job responsibilities:** - Load/unload large items from industrial equipment - Operate and monitor high temperature and high pressure equipment - Inspect products to ensure specifications are met to internal and customer standards - Record data readings and calculations accurately and timely, adhering to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards - Troubleshoot and perform mechanical maintenance of equipment - Record manufacturing records for processes, parts and materials - Ability to work in a team environment - Opportunity to learn and apply Lean principles as part Continuous Improvement activities **Requirements:** - Previous manufacturing experience - Ability to read, write and understand job specifications and work instructions - Basic math comprehension - Basic mechanical aptitude - Familiarity with hand tools **What you'll get from us:** - 16 ETO days - 12 paid holidays (including Winter Closure!) - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits - 401k Company Match - Tuition Reimbursement
