## General Laborer – Warehouse Operations **Location:** Verona **Pay:** Starting at $16.00 per hour ### Schedule Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays. Employees must also be available to report as early as 4:00 AM when needed. ### Position Summary We are currently hiring dependable and motivated General Laborers to support warehouse operations in both the Master Flux Department and Material Handling areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately throughout the facility. ### Job Responsibilities - Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. - Assist with daily tasks within the Master Flux Department. - Support material handling operations by transporting, organizing, and staging materials. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures. - Work overtime and adjusted start times as required. - Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors. ### Qualifications - 1–3 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. - Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift. - Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods. - Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site in Verona, MS
