If you’re currently a **Senior Technician, Crew Chief, or Production Manager** ready to grow your leadership impact, we want to talk. **Package** - $5,000 monthly base salary - Monthly performance bonus - The better you are at your job, the more you will make. **Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.** **Benefits & Perks** - **401k Retirement:** With 3% employer contribution - **Health Insurance:** Medical, Dental, & Vision with employer contribution - **Paid Time Off:** 9 paid vacation days + PTO - **Company Vehicle:** Plus work cell phone & laptop provided **What You'll Do** - Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning - Managing technicians and crew chiefs - Scheduling crews and overseeing job production - Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations - Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines - Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners - Developing and mentoring production staff **What We're Looking For** - Someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams. - Restoration industry experience - Strong leadership and problem-solving ability - Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes - Ability to manage multiple projects and crews - Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST **You may currently be:** - A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership - A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems - A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews **Ready to make a real difference?** If you are a leader, want strong earing potential, and care about helping people in their toughest moments - we want to hear from you. **Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.** Compensation: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Built on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
