This role calls for hand-on leadership. ### Production Manager Key Duties **Production ManagerKey Duties:** - Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency from purchasing and receiving to storage, preparation, and plate presentation – all within established budget guidelines. - Supervise and support all kitchen staff ensuring adherence to performance standards and kitchen operations. - Ensure all kitchen equipment and areas meet sanitation standards. - Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations (e.g., Health Department HACCP), and survey inspection process. - Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and visual presentation. - Performs other job-related duties. ### Production Manager Qualifications - Current ServSafe certification preferred. - Minimum 1-2 years managing the food service department in long term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of large scale and therapeutic food preparation with focus on quality production, sanitation, food cost control, and food preparation. - Solid leadership and supervisory skills. - Proficiency in basic computer skills, Outlook Email, Microsoft Office, On Care, and Meal Tracker. ### Production Manager Benefits - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance - Patriot Preventive Care – Your Wellness Guardian - Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays - Uniform Shirts Provided - Direct Deposit - 401K - Education Reimbursement - $250 Annually - Paid Orientation and Training - Opportunities for career advancement
