Production Lease Operator

## Overview Crosby Energy Services is seeking experienced **Production Lease Operators** to support oil and gas production operations in the Fort Worth area. This position works a **7-on/7-off night schedule** and is responsible for monitoring production equipment, optimizing well performance, and ensuring safe, reliable operations. ### **Why Join Crosby Energy Services?** At Crosby Energy Services, we provide skilled professionals with opportunities to work for leading energy operators while offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a strong commitment to safety and employee success. ## Description - Operate and monitor oil and gas production facilities, including gas lift systems, ESPs, three-phase separators, compressors, pipelines, and associated production equipment. - Perform daily rounds, record operating data, monitor equipment performance, and identify issues that could impact production. - Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities on valves, pumps, rotating equipment, and other production assets. - Issue work permits, initiate maintenance work requests, and follow established operating procedures and safety requirements. - Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate action to maximize uptime and production efficiency. - Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and field support teams to gather operational data and coordinate field activities. - Optimize chemical injection rates based on production trends and operating conditions, including corrosion, paraffin, and scale control programs. - Collect and maintain compressor performance and test data. - Conduct fluid level surveys using an echo meter and interpret results as needed. - Support other operators and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient daily operations. ## Requirements - Minimum of **2 years of production operations experience** in the oil and gas industry preferred. - Working knowledge of production equipment, operating procedures, and common field terminology. - Experience with gas lift systems, ESPs, compression equipment, and production facilities is preferred. - Ability to troubleshoot routine operating issues and make sound decisions in the field. - Strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently on a rotating **7-on/7-off night schedule**.
