Responsibilities Label production; prioritizing, coordinating, communicating deadlines, constraints, opportunities. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on equipment, software, material, processes and proactively lend expertise to Sales Reps, Technicians and Customers. Manage manpower needs: coordinating shifts, approving overtime, requesting supplemental help as appropriate. Manage material inventory min/max and adjustments as needed. Equipment: minimize downtime and maximize productivity, following minimum required maintenance schedule. QAQC process: during and after label production to ensure proper quality, color, data, etc. prior to shipping. Shipping process; maintain and enhance the shipping/pick-up process. Always promote CL in positive light with customers and team. LEAN method implementation: find opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate rework in the production process. Maintain and always enforce a safe working environment for self and technicians. Qualifications Cultural fit—ability to build positive working relationships. Effective written and verbal communication. Technical proficiency with various machines and software related to labels production. Ability to work flexible hours based on needs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications. Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 45lbs-50lbs. 3+ years of similar experience.
