Production Floater

# **POSITION:** Cashco has one opening for a Production Floater. # **Summary** A Production Floater is responsible for supporting other departments, such as assembly, shipping, and painting as needed. # **Responsibilities:** - Move between various stations or departments as needed - Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner. - Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow - Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time to the appropriate supervisor - Follow safety procedures - Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain a clean and organized working environment - Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner - Communicating with other department employees and supervisors as necessary **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process - Basic knowledge of assembly tools and equipment - Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills - Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles - The ability to communicate openly in a team environment - Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily **Requirements:** - Cashco performs background checks and drug screens on all candidates as part of our pre-employment testing.
