As Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas. You will be responsible for filling in where needed to maintain workflow, productivity and safety standards. ### **What’s in it for YOU?** - **Safety-First, People-First Culture** - Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation and sick time plus observed company holidays - 401K Employer Contributions - **Short and long-term disability options** - **Life Insurance** - **And more!** ### **What will you do in this role?** - Rotate among production departments to support daily operational needs - Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products - Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers as directed - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards - Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions - Accurately complete required production documentation - Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns - Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety - Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs ### **What does it take to be successful in this role?** **Basic Requirements** - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Basic math, reading, and communication skills - Has curiosity for production processes and machine learning - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Stamina to stand and move about the work area throughout the shift - Willing to work overtime as needed by the team. **Preferred Requirements** We value diverse experiences and perspectives—they help us innovate every day.
