We train our people to build boxes, operate machinery, package meat products, and follow strict safety and quality control guidelines. Wolverine Packing always wants to ensure the best possible service and create food products that are made to the highest standards. **Starting Pay- Day shift starts at $18.50/HR, employees receive a 0.50 cent raise after completing 60 days and then again at 120 days to get to $19.50/HR.** **Afternoon shift starts at $19.50/HR, employees receive a 0.50 cent raise after completing 60 days and then again at 120 days to get to $20.50/HR.** **Shifts/Hours:** Day Shift- 6am - Approximately 3:00pm. Monday - Friday. Every other Saturday is required. Afternoon Shift - 2:25pm - until production ends (Approximately 11:30pm). Monday - Friday.
