Follows well-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborates with experienced teammates to develop new skills. Meets safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets while maintaining production flow. **Key Responsibilities** - Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times. - Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units. - Work to an established production rate. - Identify problems and communicate issues. - Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas. - Assist with training co-workers. - Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership. ## Qualifications **Basic Qualifications** - Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes. - Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed. - Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred. **Physical Requirements & Work Environment** - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods. - Frequent walking, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, and using repetitive motion. - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions. - Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). ## Additional Information Address: 5001 D Street Auburn WA 98001 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
