We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC. **We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!** - *Monday - Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM* - *Pay Rate: $22.00 - 24.00* **Overview:** Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** - Operate machinery safely according to company policies - Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved - Cross train and assist in other departments as required *To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:* **Experience:** 1 year of manufacturing experience **Education:** HS Diploma **Skills:** Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail **Characteristics:** Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Referral program - Vision insurance
